The Body Shop | Oil's of Life | Vegan | #DareToMask

The Body Shop

Have you ever walked passed the Body Shop and not gone in inside? Have you ever pointed your nose into the most deliciously fragranced shop around? If the answer is no, Then you're missing out big time. I have always been a fan on their products but I must admit, I never knew just how plant based and cruelty free they really are. which is completely outstanding.
I was recently Invited to The Body Shop Event at West Quay shopping centre, in Southampton, for the launch of their new range. We were greeted by friendly staff members and bubbly refreshments.

As the evening went on we were introduced to the team who spoke about the New range, Oils of Life, all products are free from animal testing (sign the petition https://www.thebodyshop.com/en-gb/about-us/against-animal-testing), plus a high percentage of vegan products are available in store. It was interesting to know how much work they put into each item and how well thought out the process is.

During the event we all got pampered by the staff, they had a make up artist for us to try out their cosmetics range and a hand massage on their luxury range. I went for the hand massage, which was very relaxing, especially with no phone in my hand. The products used I show in the above picture from bottom to top. I can honestly say the texture of the oil felt like silk and the smell was so delicious, you could convince yourself to it eat it... (do not eat it though). We also come home with a generous bag of goodies from the night. I can't wait to show you all what's in there and let you know how I get on with them in time.

Harvey Browns

Harvey Browns           The Island's Deluxe Farmshop During the month of October we normally have a tradition of picking pumpkins at Arreton barns in farmer jacks farmshop, but they recently moved the pumpkins to Harvey Browns. it was our first time visiting since they opened and what a gorgeous place it was. The front entrance was full of a stunning line up of white and orange pumpkins and the place was booming. We had cake and coffee in the café. All their cakes are homemade and they have a selection of cakes that are gluten free and vegan. There's also a tantalising breakfast and lunch menu. they have an open kitchen area where you can see your food being prepped! How fancy ey!? The caramel latte was delicious, I must admit I'm a bit of a coffee snob...you'd definitely want to indulge and try it you won't regret it. As you leave the café you enter the famous farm shop itself, it's full of fresh meat, br
